The 44-metre Tecnomar “Villa sul Mare” is one of the most luxurious and best equipped charter yachts in Ibiza. The result of a joint-venture between the Italian shipbuilders Tecnomar and Admiral, she was built in 2010 for her owner with the utmost care in every detail and constantly renovated until 2020. The sumptuous layout is spread over three decks plus a large fly-bridge with Jacuzzi. On the main deck there is a spacious and bright saloon with white leather sofas and light wood furniture and a large table for 10 people. On the same level is the galley and the yacht’s cockpit. The saloon is adjacent to the cockpit, where there is another large table for 12 people to enjoy lunch and dinner al fresco. From the main saloon, a staircase leads down to the lower deck, where there are 6 guest cabins, 4 double cabins with double beds and 2 cabins with twin beds, all with their own private bathrooms. The upper deck is occupied entirely by the luxurious master stateroom, which has its own private veranda and en-suite bathroom with marble bathtub. In total there are 7 guest cabins. Finally on the Fly-bridge, in addition to the Jacuzzi, there is a bar and a large sunbathing area with sun loungers for guests. The “Villa sul Mare” is equipped with a variety of water toys for guests’ entertainment and a large stern platform for access to the water. The crew of the “Villa sul Mare” consists of 7 people, including a chef.
